| WA 91 (8/2003): The inky purple-colored 2001 Shiraz The Changeling offers up aromas of flowers (acacia or violets?), black and blue fruits, spice, and subtle toasty oak. Medium to full-bodied, powerful yet elegant, this beauty is best drunk now and over the next 10-15 years. |

Brookman Vyd. Cabernet Sauvignon |
$55 |

|
| |
VM 89+ (8/2003): Medium red-ruby. Expressive nose melds raspberry, currant, smoked meat, truffle and espresso, with a very ripe smoky element. Sweet but quite firm in the mouth; the bright berry fruit seems a bit youthfully hard, owing to the wines strong spine of acidity. Juicy finish shows firm but fine tannins. WA 88 (8/2003): The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Brookmans Vineyard is a dense, chewy, full-bodied effort revealing plenty of cassis, a multi-layered texture, and moderately high tannin in the finish. Patience will be required as this seems to be a slightly leaner version of Cabernet Sauvignon than the other examples. |

| WA 93 (8/2003): The 2001 Syrah Moritz Vineyard comes across as a more elegant version of the 2002. It is profoundly concentrated with floral notes intermixed with blackberries, creosote, earth, and background oak. Although fabulously rich and long, it appears a bit undersized next to the 2002. The large-framed 2001 will hit its peak by 2007, and last until 2020. |

The Laughing Magpie Shiraz Viognier |
$55 |
3 |
|
| |
| WA 93 (8/2003): The 2002 The Laughing Magpie Shiraz/Viognier (93% of the former and 7% of the latter) is the La Mouline of McLaren Vale. An exotic, heady, flamboyantly-styled red, it boasts an inky/purple color as well as a gorgeous nose of lychee nuts, acacia flowers, blackberries, and creme de cassis. Supple-textured and opulent, with pepper, licorice, and blackberry liqueur-like flavors, this beautiful wine is made in a modern, progressive style with terrific fruit intensity along with notions of sweet French oak in the background. It should drink well for 10-12 years. |

Command Shiraz |
$85 |
11 |
|
| |
WA 96 (12/2010): Medium garnet in color, the 2004 Shiraz Command Elderton Estate is a little mute at this stage, revealing subtle to moderate aromas of leather, sandalwood and spice over warm blackberry plus some mocha. Full-bodied with medium-firm fine tannins, complex evolving flavors and a great line of acid, the finish is very long. Give it another year or 2 for the nose to emerge from this closed stage and drink it 2012 to 2022+. VM 92+ (10/2007): Dark purple. Bright red and dark berry scents display impressive focus and clarity, with subtle baking spice and vanilla notes adding complexity. Very fresh-in fact almost painfully young-with nervy raspberry and cherry flavors supported by silky tannins and a jolt of acidity on the back. This opened up a bit with air, but really should be cellared for at least another five years. |

Command Shiraz |
$55 |

| |
WA 93+ (12/2011): The 2008 Command Shiraz comes from 1894 Shiraz plantings of a single estate owned block of 8 acres. It spends 3 years in 100% new oak, 65% American, 35% French. Deep garnet-purple colored, it displays moderate to intense blackberry preserve and dried mulberry aromas with an undercurrent of anise, Indian spices, yeast extract and black pepper. Full bodied, rich and opulent in the mouth, it has a medium level of velvety tannins, refreshing acid and a very long, very spicy finish. Drink it now to 2021+. JD 93 (6/2011): A step down from the ’06, but still impressive, the 100% Shiraz 2008 Elderton Shiraz Single Vineyard Command delivers a ripe, upfront bouquet of sweet blackberry styled fruits, menthol, spice, and underbrush. This is followed by a full bodied, round, supple wine that possesses excellent balance, sweet fruit, good acidity, and ripe tannin on the finish. Seemingly not as age-worthy as the ’06, this will still drink beautifully for a decade or longer. VM 93 (7/2012): Glass-staining ruby. High-pitched aromas of crystallized black and blue fruits, violet and allspice, with suave vanilla and mocha qualities adding richness. Deeply concentrated dark fruit flavors are impressively lithe and precise, with peppery spice and minerality providing lift. Finishes smooth and sweet, with lingering blueberry and floral pastille notes and striking clarity. Josh Raynolds. |

Amon-Ra Barossa Valley Shiraz |
$89 |
4 |
|
| |
| WA 95 (10/2004): The flagship offering, the 2002 Shiraz, is produced from 90- to 100-year-old dry-farmed vineyards that yielded a microscopic .25-1 ton of fruit per acre. Aged 15 months in 100% new American oak barrels and hogsheads, its inky/purple color is accompanied by tantalizing aromas of charcoal, acacia flowers, blackberry liqueur, blueberries, and cassis. This deep, full-bodied, smoky, rich, full-throttle Shiraz is remarkably well-balanced as well as intense. Give it 1-3 more years of bottle age, and drink it over the following 10-15. |

| |
| WA 93 (10/2005): This dense ruby/purple-colored wine exhibits a sweet nose of vanilla, graphite, blackberry, and cassis. Full-bodied and pure, with decent acidity and a moderately tannic, silky finish, it is accessible enough to be drunk now, but will be even better in 1-3 years. It should last for a dozen years or more. |

Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon |
$59 |
2 |
|
| |
VM 93 (8/2006): Dark red. Gorgeous bouquet of cassis, red cherry, tobacco, mocha, oak spices and minerals. Deeply concentrated flavors of redcurrant, cherry, licorice, vanilla and cured tobacco are impressively juicy and deep, with a distinct mineral tone adding nerve and focus. This has serious weight but also poise and elegance, like first-class St. Julien but with American oak accents and more power and fruit expression. Should age and improve effortlessly for at least a decade. WA 90 (10/2005): From the cooler climate region of Margaret River, the 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, made from 27-year-old dry farmed vines, aged in primarily French oak, and bottled unfiltered, exhibits a dark ruby/purple color in addition to a French-like bouquet of tobacco, cedar, plums, and red as well as black currants. A finesse-styled, slightly austere effort with loads of complexity and stature, it should drink well for 10-15 years. |

$705.98 |
2 |
|
| |
WA 93 (2/2020): The 2019 Polish Hill Riesling boasts hints of baby powder and lime alongside green apple and mint on the nose. It's medium-bodied, with a pristine, almost watery feel on the palate, but it simultaneously delivers fascinating intensity of flavor and tremendous length, with a gentle, softly dusty texture on the finish. It should easily cellar for more than a decade. VM 93 (9/2022): Limpid straw-yellow. High-pitched citrus zest and floral aromas and a chalky mineral topnote. Vibrant and sharply delineated on the palate, offering juicy, mineral-laced grapefruit, green apple and honeysuckle flavors that deepen and spread out steadily with air. Shows powerful mineral character on the incisive, impressively long finish, which leaves intense citrus fruit and floral notes behind. (Drink between 2026-2036). Josh Raynolds. |

Old Vine Shiraz |
$55 |
5 |
|
| |
| WA 90 (8/2003): The exceptional 2001 Shiraz Old Vine (from 110- and 40-year old vines) was aged 24 months in French and American oak, and bottled unfiltered. A saturated ruby/purple color is followed by sumptuous aromas of creosote, blueberries, blackberries, melted licorice, and a hint of espresso. Sweet and full-bodied, with copious fruit as well as style and grace, it is tempting to say these wines are too big and rich, but they are controlled, with surprisingly fine definition. This 2001 should drink well for 10-15 years. |

| WA 93 (8/2003): Even better than the Old Vine, is the 2001 Shiraz The Bogan, produced from a 40-year old vineyard situated near the Greenock Creek Winery. Aged in 100% new American oak for 20 months prior to being bottled unfiltered, this is a hedonistic, full throttle, pedal to the metal, top-class Australian Shiraz. Sweet vanilla and caramel notes intermingled with smoky black currant and blackberry fruit jump from the glass of this hedonistic, opulent, voluptuously-styled Shiraz. With decent acidity, ripe tannin, and a layered, blockbuster finish, this stunning effort will drink well for 10-12 years. |

WA 91 (10/2005): The dense ruby/purple-hued 2004 Sarah’s Blend is composed of 62% Shiraz and the rest equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It offers abundant black cherry and cassis fruit in its smoky, earthy bouquet along with hints of licorice, dried herbs, and chocolate. Full-bodied, opulent, fruity, and long with surprising complexity as well as depth, it should be drunk over the next 3-4 years. JD 90 (2/2006): Dark red/purple color and a big nose of dark fruits, gobs of toasty oak, minerals and even some floral/spice notes. Full bodied with low acidity and a nice finish. Delicious stuff and improves with air. VM 85 (9/2005): Deep red. Menthol-tinged cherry and plum aromas, with notes of sweet bay leaf and licorice. Fat, almost oily in texture, with candied dark berry, wild strawberry and cherry jam flavors. The silky, lush finish is weighty, a bit hot and slightly syrupy. Josh Raynolds. |

| WA 94-97 (8/2003): A profound offering, the 2002 Shiraz 11th Hour (it will be bottled in several months) represents great value for what it offers. This spectacularly concentrated, inky/purple-colored 2002 will take tasters to the Elysian fields of Shiraz. Aromas of acacia flowers, blackberries, blueberries, cassis, and exotic Asian spices are accompanied by a ripe, full-bodied, gorgeously textured, terrifically endowed Shiraz with no hard edges. It will drink well for 10-15 years. |

| WA 98 (10/2005): Bordering on perfection is the 2004 Shiraz Savitar. Made from 30- to 50-year-old vines, and aged 18 months in 100% new French hogsheads as well as smaller barriques, it boasts an opaque purple color, and an extraordinary nose of acacia flowers, blueberries, raspberries, and blacker fruits, melted licorice, and graphite. It possesses amazing intensity, great equilibrium, a fabulous, multi-layered mid-palate, and a blockbuster finish. This extraordinary Shiraz should prove to be one of the legends of southern Australia’s great 2004 vintage. Drink it over the next 12-15 years. |

| VM 94 (9/2022): This poised and elegant 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Margaret River's leading wineries is beautifully expressive of the region and variety. Red and black currant fruit aromas are superbly integrated with fine-grained oak with a cedary lift adding detail. There is good fruit generosity on display for such a young wine matched by palate tension of fresh acidity and chalky tannins behind a long, balanced finish. Classically styled, this will undoubtedly age well. Angus Hughson. |

WA 97+ (7/2022): Made only in appropriate vintages, and always from Coonwarra, the 2019 Bin 169 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is aromatically reticent at this stage, however the power of the fruit in the mouth in unassailable. It blossoms on the back palate and shows pedigree and impressive stature. This is a supremely elegant wine of poise and detail, couched in a framework of power and dense muscly tannin. We all have our preferences between Bin 707 and Bin 169, but for me, my heart has always been with the 169. I think Cabernet deserves an elegant casing, and that is made from French oak (17 months in French oak, 56% new, to be precise). This is pure, but far too young right now. We know this has decades of graceful development ahead of it. JS 97 (6/2022): Such impressive freshness to the aromas of pure mulberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, redcurrants and a swathe of roasting herbs, such as bay leaf and sage. Iodine and nori, too. The French oak is nicely subsumed already and there’s fruit purity that really sings here. The palate has a wealth of rich and ripe blue and black-fruit flavors with plenty of extract and depth on offer. This is an impressively bold, smoothly honed and focused cabernet. Fine, polished tannins frame the long finish. Drink over the next decade and more. VM 96 (7/2022): The 2019 Bin 169 is a beautifully pristine and pure Coonawarra Cabernet that was matured for 17 months in 56% new French Oak hogsheads. It offers up a classic regional expression. Aromas with pinpoint focus display a breath-taking start with leafy cassis, blackberry and cedar aromas nicely interwoven with high quality oak, extraordinary underlying energy and vitality. A delightful seamlessness between mouthcoating tannins and impressive violet and cranberry flavours follow with impeccable balance also on display. With incredible length, this Coonawarra classic will deliver for many years to come. (Drink between 2030-2050) Angus Hughson. JA 94 (7/2022): As I so often find with Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruit character is intense, cutting right through to the heart of the grape, focusing on cassis, blueberry, liquorice, flint and graphite. In colour this is bright and defined, with vibrant violet edges. Love the peony and rose petal, but the impresson is mainly about depth, purity, with no veil drawn between you and the fruit. Great quality - not the most celebrated Cabernet in the Penfolds range, but it adds content and character to the story of how they approach this grape. Tasted twice. 100% Coonawarra in origin, 100% French oak, 56% new. |

WA 98+ (10/2006): It is always a treat to taste Australia’s most famous wine, Penfolds’ Grange cuvee (the word Hermitage has been dropped because of legal issues). The 2001 Grange is one of the few vintages of this cuvee to be composed of 100% Shiraz (the others being 1951, 1952, 1963, 1999, and 2000). Aged 17 months in 100% American oak, and tipping the scales at 14.5% alcohol, the 2001 is undeniably one of the top examples of this wine. At this stage, it appears to eclipse the 1998 and 1996. Inky/blue/purple to the rim, with a stunning perfume of blueberries, blackberries, chocolate, graphite, and earth, it boasts good acidity, huge tannins, magnificent concentration, and a multilayered, textured mouthfeel. It is a big, but impeccably well-balanced Shiraz that should shed some of its structure and tannin over the next 4-5 years, and be at its best between 2010-2030+. VM 94 (8/2006): Inky violet with a bright rim. Explosive and utterly captivating on the nose, offering a range of aromas that encompasses red and darker berries, flowers, cigar box, minerals and sexy oak spices. Quite broad on the palate, and packing a real punch to its flavors of cassis, boysenberry, candied plum, bitter chocolate and fruitcake. Serious, harmonious tannins give plenty of structural support. This expands and grows even sweeter with aeration, finishing with Outstanding persistence. Oak spices add sex appeal. A superb Grange. |

WA 98 (10/2007): Last but not least is Australia’s most famous wine, the 2002 Shiraz “Grange". The 2002 version was sourced from 77.5% Barossa Valley and 22.5% from McLaren Vale. Included in the blend is 1.5% Cabernet Sauvignon. It spent 17 months in 100% new American oak. Opaque purple, it gives off an ethereal bouquet of violets, saddle leather, blueberry, blackberry, pencil lead, and chocolate. This is followed by a full-bodied wine with tremendous concentration, multiple layers of flavor, ripe tannins, and great balance. Thick and rich, with a 60-second finish, it will slowly blossom over the next 15-20 years and provide pleasure through 2050. It is a legend in the making! VM 94+ (8/2007): Ruby-red. Initially closed on the nose but aeration brings a complicated bouquet of raspberry, wild strawberry, creme de mure, sexy oak spices, woodsmoke, tobacco, vanilla and fresh flowers. A deep, sweet but precise midweight, with energetic flavors of red and dark berries, cherry compote, cinnamon, mocha and smoked meat, all wrapped in substantial but silky tannins. Sappy and expansive on the impressively long, velvety finish. You'd be nuts to open this any time soon. |

WA 99 (12/2009): The 2004 vintage was Outstanding in Barossa, McLaren Vale, and Magill, the regions where the grapes were sourced for the marvelous 2004 Grange. It contains 4% Cabernet Sauvignon and was aged for 16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it displays a superb nose of wood smoke, Asian spices, incense, game, blueberry, and blackberry liqueur. Medium to full-bodied, satin textured, with deeply layered, succulent blackberry, plum, and chocolate flavors, it has the structure and complexity to merit extended cellaring of a decade and more. The winery estimates a drinking curve of 2016 to 2050; I'd be a bit more conservative on the long end of the range. It will ultimately be seen as one of the great vintages of Grange. VM 96 (10/2009): 96% shiraz and 4% cabernet sauvignon) Powerful aromas of cassis, blackberry and bitter cherry are complemented by exotic notes of smoky peat, pipe tobacco, violet oil and fresh blood. Deeply concentrated cherry skin and blackcurrant flavors are underscored by a strong mineral quality, with a sexy floral element gaining strength with air. The minerality builds on the finish, which leaves a wide swath of spice and earth notes in its wake. This wine's marriage of depth, spiciness, fruit, meatiness and minerality is extremely impressive. |

WA 99 (10/2017): Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2012 Grange sports an earthy/meaty nose with notes of tree bark, dusty earth, underbrush and chargrill over a core of dried mulberries and Christmas cake, plus hints of pepper and baking spices. Rich, medium to full-bodied and seductive, it has spicy layers and a long meaty/savory finish. JS 98 (1/2017): A simple split between the Barossa Valley (81%) and McLaren Vale (19%), this has all the hallmarks of a great Grange. Deep and ripe dark-plum and black-cherry aromas lead the nose, and there's plum cake here too that's really ripe and deeply spicy. The 100% new American oak has been thoroughly subsumed below tarry and savory brooding notes of black licorice and olive tapenade. The palate's incredibly poised and has richness with composure driven by tight-knit tannins and plenty of ripe dark-plum and cherry-fruit flavors. It is neatly crafted, powerful yet contained and smoothly rendered into the finish. This is a powerful vintage that has been cleverly polished and tamed in the winery; it will live long. Best from 2025 and for two decades after that. |

WA 100 (10/2017): Remember that old Heinz Ketchup “anticipation” ad from the 1970s? The palate of this 2013 Grange does just that. It makes you wait with so much delicious promise being drip fed into the mouth at first—and then it bursts forth and delivers! JS 96 (10/2017): A good Grange, approachable yet impressive, it is reminiscent of the 2009. Smells of deep ripe dark plum and redder fruits, the oak jumps in and out of the nose, quite rich blackberry compote, dark spices, tar and earth. There’s density and depth in the palate, this embraces the full bodied and fully ripe capacity of the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and Magill Estate fruit. The fruit is persistent, commanding and dense, it delivers power in a more traditional shape. Best from 2022 and two or more decades hence. |

VM 92 (8/2006): Ruby-red. Potent aromas of bitter cherry, pepper, licorice and tobacco show excellent varietal accuracy. Tangy and vibrant, with strong cherry and cassis flavors complemented by subtle notes of minerals, cured tobacco and spicy oak. A focused, youthfully restrained cabernet that has the concentration and balance to reward cellaring. Offers impressive potential. WA 90 (10/2005): The deep ruby/purple-colored 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a restrained, elegant bouquet of black fruits, minerals, and toasty new oak. Medium to full-bodied, with excellent concentration, purity, and texture, it should be consumed over the next 7-10 years. Former winemakers Sarah and Sparky Marquis have left Shirvington and the wine is now being made by Kim Johnston. Little has changed, although the 2004s appear to be more streamlined and delicate than their 2003 and 2002 counterparts. |

WA 95 (10/2005): The sensational 2004 Shiraz’s inky/purple color is followed by aromas of graphite, blueberries, and creme de cassis. It offers wonderful purity, plenty of stuffing, toasty espresso notes from new oak barrels, admirable intensity, and a tremendous finish. Drink it over the next decade. Former winemakers Sarah and Sparky Marquis have left Shirvington and the wine is now being made by Kim Johnston. Little has changed, although the 2004s appear to be more streamlined and delicate than their 2003 and 2002 counterparts. VM 90 (10/2007): Dark purple. Ripe blackberry and boysenberry on the nose, with a strong vanillin overtone lending a confectionery character. Sweet dark berry and kirsch flavors teeter toward the liqueur side but are firmed by silky tannins, gaining a pleasingly bitter licorice quality with air. A captivating blend of sweet, ripe dark berry fruit and oak spice, with surprising poise and energy on the close. Not for those with old-fashioned tastes but undeniably alluring, with impressive concentration and a luscious personality. |

WA 89 (8/2003): Aged in used French oak casks for 18 months prior to being bottled unfiltered, the 2001 Descendant is a 1,000 case blend of 92% Shiraz and 8% Viognier cropped at approximately 1.5 tons of fruit per acre. This spectacular Australian red offers an aromatic smorgasbord of honeysuckle intermixed with blackberry and creme de cassis liqueurs, licorice, coffee, and spice. The Laird Shiraz (1.5 L) Lightly Scuffed Label |
$1,800 |

| WA 100 (12/2010): The Laird is Powell’s new baby, coming from a single 5 acre / 2 hectare vineyard of Shiraz in the Marananga sub-region planted in the 1960s that recently became available for contracting. This is a very different wine from Run Rig. What is most striking about it is the combination of power and elegance in this first vintage, coming from a very good year in the Barossa. Matured for 3 years in new Dominique Laurent “Magic Casks” (Troncais French oak barriques with thicker staves designed for the long aging of Shiraz), 2005 The Laird gives a deep garnet color and pronounced nose that shows savory and spice notes over the fruit, with aromas of hung meat, Peking duck, fertile loam, underbrush, tree bark, anise, cumin seed, menthol, dried roses and lavender over warm black cherries, crush blackberries and fruit cake. The tight-knit, full-bodied palate is very fine with a high level of silt-like tannins and crisp acid running through the concentrated fruit and savory flavors, finishing very long with lingering earth and spice notes. At 14.8% declared alcohol, this is by no means one of the biggest wines in the Barossa, but it is most certainly one of the best. It’s an absolute joy to drink now but it is recommended readers give it 4-5 years more in bottle to soften and marry and enjoy it to 2030+. |

WA 100 (8/2017): Deep garnet colored with a touch of remaining purple at the rim, the 2012 The Laird is one of those wines you could just go on smelling all day. It opens with a complex perfume of kirsch, dried mulberries, blackberry tart and spice cake over cloves, mocha, dusty earth, incense, star anise, yeast extract and aged beef. The full-bodied palate is drop-dead seductive, unfurling in the mouth to reveal exotic spice, meat, earth and berry preserves layers, supported by firm, velvety tannins and seamless acid. The finish seems to go on forever—and this is exactly what you want it to do. Stunning. VM 97 (10/2017): Inky ruby. Powerful, deep-pitched aromas of ripe black and blue fruits, violet, incense, mocha and Indian spices are lifted by a strong suggestion of smoky minerals. Utterly stains the palate with densely packed blackberry, blueberry, bitter cherry and floral pastille flavors that slowly stretch out and become sweeter with aeration. Conveys a distinctly powerful character but comes off elegant, showing no rough edges. The strikingly long, gently tannic finish eventually leaves behind sappy blue fruit liqueur, vanilla and spicecake qualities. (Drink between 2022-2032). Josh Raynolds. |

WA 94 (10/2006): From the Barossa, the inky/ruby/purple-hued 2004 Shiraz Bella’s Garden offers notions of mint, blackberries, smoke, dusty earth, and a distinctive licorice and creme de cassis character. This layered, full-bodied, powerful (all of these wines have 15-16% alcohol), stunningly complex, rich, impressive Shiraz requires 2-3 years of cellaring, and should keep for 10-15. VM 91+ (8/2006): Dark purple. Powerful red fruit scents, with strong suggestions of kirsch and white pepper. Densely packed flavors of candied strawberry and raspberry preserves are given focus and definition by bracing acids and fine tannins. This very young shiraz finishes on bright, tangy notes of pomegranate and rhubarb. I'd give this wine at least a few years in the cellar to flesh out. |

| WA 92 (2/2009): The purple-colored 2006 Shiraz Bella’s Garden from Barossa Valley offers a brooding bouquet of wood smoke, pepper, damp earth, blueberry, and licorice. This leads to a full-bodied, layered Shiraz with excellent grip and power. Give it 2-3 years of additional cellaring and drink it from 2011 to 2022. |

WA 95 (10/2006): Even better than the Harry & Edward’s Garden is the 2004 Shiraz Lily’s Garden from McLaren Vale. With this cuvee, about 25% new American oak is added to the regime of French wood. Full-bodied with stunning, dusty, loamy soil characteristics interwoven with blackberry, cassis, cherry, and plum-like fruit, this rich, pure, intense Shiraz should be consumed over the next 10-12+ years. VM 93 (7/2006): Lily'S Garden Mclaren Vale Saturated violet. Smoky, chocolate-tinged blackberry and cassis on the nose, with accents of vanilla and fresh flowers. Firm and youthful, with dark berry flavors showing impressive sweetness and depth. Gains richness and volume with aeration, taking on a candied plum quality on the finish. Fine-grained tannins come up on the back end. A great combination of structure, power and sweet fruit. This was raised in 23% new American oak hogsheads but the wood influence is subtly sweet and not at all intrusive. |

| WA 94 (8/2024): The 2017 HVD Chardonnay is highly aromatic and seems to have shed its youthful, white stone fruit, floral character, and it sits better for it. This is really impressive. On the palate, the wine is tight and coiled, savory, salted and powerful. It's impressive. It lifts through the long finish and introduces some cumin and white pepper to close. There's a Benjamin Button aspect to this wine—it is surprisingly youthful, compact and composed. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap. |
