VM 89 (11/2006): Bright, pale gold. Fresh and minerally on the nose, with zesty citrus pith and peel aromas and suggestions of wet stones and sea salt. The bracing citrus and quince flavors are sweetened by a gentle honey note and complicated by hints of jasmine and green almonds. Pure, elegant and restrained, with very good depth and a lush, palate-staining finish. Josh Raynolds.
