WA 91 (12/2010): A blend of St. Helena and Oakville fruit aged 20 months in 50% new French oak casks, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon displays sweet black cherry and black currant fruit intermixed with hints of herbs, underbrush and vanilla. Its opulence, full-bodied richness, endearing, layered texture and impressive purity as well as finish suggest this showy 2007 should keep for 10-15+ years.
