| VM 94 (12/2018): The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has turned out beautifully. Rich, sumptuous and racy, the 2015 captures all the potential I saw when I tasted the wine from barrel. Black cherry, plum, mocha, espresso, chocolate and licorice are all nicely pushed forward in this bold, extroverted Cabernet. (Drink between 2020-2030). Antonio Galloni. |

| VM 96 (1/2020): The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is every bit as fabulous as it was from barrel. Silky, perfumed and super-finessed, the 2016 is easily the best Cabernet I have tasted here. Winemaker Martha McClellan has really backed off of the extractions here, and it shows in a Cabernet with striking purity of fruit, silky tannins and no excess heaviness from oak. This sumptuous, inviting Cabernet will drink beautifully right out of the gate. (Drink between 2022-2036). Antonio Galloni. |

WA 93+ (10/2019): The 2017 Chardonnay Estate gives up apple pie, spiced pears and honeydew melon with touches of cedar, toasted cashews, honeycomb, allspice and ginger. Full-bodied, rich and spicy in the mouth, it has a creamy texture and long, toasty finish.
VM 93 (1/2020): The 2017 Chardonnay is bold, luscious and absolutely delicious. Tangerine oil, passion fruit, butter notes and exotic flowers all develop in a Chardonnay that nicely balances mountain structure, acidity and the natural viscosity of Wente-clone Chardonnay. As it often is, the Vineyard 7 & 8 in this vintage is one of the most distinctive Chardonnays in Napa Valley. (Drink between 2019-2027). Antonio Galloni. |
